Kęstutis Jauniškis

Kęstutis Jauniškis, born in Lithuania in 1961, has cultivated a distinctive voice within contemporary art. His academic path began with studies in economics at Vilnius University, where he earned his MA in 1985. Alongside this, Jauniškis nurtured his enthusiasm for visual arts by attending the Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, from which he graduated in 1986. The combination of these two disciplines forms a unique foundation that continues to shape his artistic outlook and pursuits.

At the core of Jauniškis’s work is a fascination with architectural forms and colour, together with their connection to the environment.
