On this page you can submit a notice of withdrawal from a distance purchase contract.

Contract withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded online within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, unless the law provides for exceptions.

This right is separate from the 30-day return guarantee provided by Reprodukcijas.lv. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies under consumer-protection rules, while the 30-day return guarantee is an additional option offered by Reprodukcijas.lv.

After submitting, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address you provided, including the content of your notice and the date and time of submission.

Once we receive your notice, we will send further information about returning the artwork.
